I have recently had my number changed over form O2 and since then, I cannot receive ANY verification codes. Have tried samsung account, amazon, HMRC etc. I received a normal text message when I asked a my mum to send a text message. I NEED this to work as the company I work for texts me to confirm and offer shifts as well as cancel them and I cannot receive any of their text messages!!!!
I cannot get through to live chat even though I’ve been sat staring at the screen for an hour waiting for the button to appear.
I have tried restarting my phone, turning off for 10 mins + removing sim and double checked the message centre number and none of it has worked!! I have ID in the top left of my screen and it shows that I have signal. As mentioned above, I have received texts from my mum whilst trying to get verification codes. I had no issues with this whilst I was on O2
