can’t receive call and message


Hello,

I can’t receive calls and message after I switch from O2 to iD. I try all the methods and it didn’t solved. I needed to solve immediately.

What number are people able to reach you on?

Have you checked your iD Mobile account to see which number is showing?

It can take until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem since switching my spare sim over from o2 to idmobile. Only realised recently that I cannot  receive messages or calls. Been on chat with 2 agents over the last 48 hours and everythingn on the phone seems fine. Even a replacement sim has not fixed the issue. Can the tech teams  look into this urgently pls as I'm seriously considering cancelling my contract if not resolved this week. Seems like a routing issue for my ported number

Yes it is Tyler. As per my comments, everything has been checked on the phone by 3 agents over 3 live chats. We have also tried the sim on different phones and the same issue exists. We have also replaced the sim and tried everything with the replacement sim and no luck which is why a tech issue was raised on Monday this week. (Reference number for tech issue raised by Linda is 418192987)
