When someone calls me on my ID network on my phone, it automatically reject calls,by saying I can't take calls at the moment. I make calls at the moment ,but I can't receive calls.

Here a few thing you can look at check whether calls are being diverted in you phones settings.
Check whether there's network issues in and around your post code area.
