Can you provide us with a bit more information? Do you have a signal?

Try entering your postcode below and check coverage in your area. Also, check for any reported network issues.

Same here! It takes about 30 seconds before the phone rings, then it cuts off continuously mid call. The phone shows it has full signal and 4G but nothing works!

I went to https://www.currys.co.uk/ and the staff was well trained and knowledgeable. They have fixed the issues.

the issue was with iPhone settings I had to reset my network and add correct number in phone, messages and FaceTime once everything updated, there was no issue.

hope this is helpful.

When someone calls me on my ID network on my phone, it automatically reject calls,by saying I can't take calls at the moment.     I make calls  at the moment ,but I can't receive calls.

Hi @Nana Kofi Bright,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you recently ported your number over to iD Mobile?

It may also be worth that do not disturb isn’t enabled on your handset.
