can't recieve OTP messages.

Hi, I have ported my number to id mobile yesterday however I am having issues getting any OTP to come through. This is a particular issue as I have a ton of apps which won't setup without doing this now.

 

I've tried live chat which got me to check all the settings which all seems ok. The last thing they did was send me another eSim which hasn't solved the problem.

Could it of been an issue with the porting process?

I’m sorry to hear this, is this all OTP codes or just certain one(s)?
