I am waiting for my phone and thought I would take a look at the app. I requested my number be transfered when I placed my order so do I have to wait till this happens before I can register in the app as it won't accept my details.

+26I think you’ll probably find it much easier if you wait until the number you want to keep has been successfully transferred to your iD account
You also need the SIM to complete registration as a security code is texted to the iD SIM to authorise registration.
