Can't register with my old ported number


Hello everyone. 

I brought my old phone number from Giffgaff to ID mobile. However, i am ok to make call, browse everything but when I try to register for online account to see Data etc, it doesn't let me do it.

I am using my number that I brought with me from other network. 

"The message it says, Oops the Details you have entered are incorrect. "

I can't use my ID auto granted number because that is already swapped with ported number. 

Your help is highly appreciate.

The iD online systems can sometimes take 24-48 hours to catch-up after a number transfer has happened @Zakson

What date was your number transferred from giffgaff to iD Mobile?

My number transfer was done today. So I have to wait some time in this case.

Hi @Zakson 

 

As @andewhite suggests it can take a little bit for the app/website side to update after a number port, give it a little time and attempt to register with the ported number.
