Can text out to recieve PAC

Hi 

 

the reason I switched providers to ID is because I cant text out on my phone. Now Im asked to text a number to recieve my PAC code but i cant. Please help.

Okay @Katherine Beaumont, if a text “PAC” to 65075 from your iD SIM card doesn’t work, you can also get your PAC from an adviser by using the Live Chat service.
