I took a contract out with you but I had to cancel it because when I tried to register on my account it was saying my email address is already registered to an id account which I had years ago so can someone remove my email address from the system so I can take out another contract and registered my account.

It’s not possible to remove the email address. You will need to use a different email address to register a new iD Mobile account. Ridiculous I know!!!
