cancel monthly contract with no number or details

How do I cancel a monthly contract which I thought I had cancelled when I can’t remember details

You can re-register for the iD Mobile app.

However if you have the iD Mobile SIM you can text PAC to 65075.

If you wish to disconnect without the number, please let us know and we can PM you if required.

I can't cancel my monthly contract because ID won't let me!

ID says cannot connect to the URL.

what does that mean?
