Cancel my cancellation

Hi, I accidentally clicked on the button asking for my ID plan to be disconnected but I do not have any plans of leaving for the moment and would like to keep my plan going. I tried calling and using the live chat but haven't been able to through to any agent. Is there any other way to cancel my disconnection request?
