Cancel my plan


Please for the love of god tell me how to cancel my account!!! Pls????  I've tried text, app and web.  Keeps telling me to contact customer services.

Hi @Gj2862,

I am sorry to hear about this. If you are on a SIM-only plan then you can cancel your plan this way:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘Thinking of leaving’
  • Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions

If you want to keep your mobile number and move to another provider simply:

Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days. It’s totally free, and you will receive a text with your PAC number within a minute, it also will also include important information about any early termination charges (if any).

We will send you a PM now just in case as you have mentioned that the website method hasn’t worked for you.

Hi, I don’t have a mobile so texting is not an option.  I’ve followed the above process 20+ times and when I try to “end my plan” I have a link to customer care.

I’ve tried to contact you with no reply, I want to send my phone back but I haven’t any return labels or anything, I’m still in the cooling off period.
