I need to cancel my new contract?

I went through Money Saving Expert as a great new deal was offered.

It turns out it is hard to still keep the same number if already with iD Mobile.

 

I want to cancel the new order

You need to speak to live chat and request cancellation under the cooling-off period.

FYI - You will receive a final bill and this must be paid, so don’t go cancelling the direct debit just yet, otherwise you risk ruining your credit file and any unpaid sums being passed on to a debt collection agency.

I seem to be ok now, I managed to chat with a representative and 🤞things will be resolved.
