Cancel port request

Hi, I provided my id PAC code to another provider with a transfer date targeting 16th October. 
 

Could you cancel the port request so my ID number doesn’t transfer?

You need to tell the network you gave the PAC too that you want to cancel the port.

You need to tell the network you gave the PAC too that you want to cancel the port.

I’d recommend the same as @WelshPaul above, please contact the provider you gave the PAC code to so they can cancel the port out, the network your moving from cannot cancel this.
