Cancel Sim Only

Hi

I have tried repeatedly to cancel my Sim only as i am within the first 14 days but i am NEVER able to get hold of customer services through the live chat, it is infuriating.

If this is not picked up and cancelled for me i will cancel my direct debit immediately, this is possibly the worst customer services i’ve ever experienced with a mobile network.

Hi I'm having trouble sorting out my ID sim I have lost the phone with it in and never been about to register it online for an account I want to cancel the sim
