Cancelling SIM only plan

I need to cancel my Pay Monthly 1 Month SIM only plan.  However, attempting to do so via the website (My Account > Switch or Cancel Now > End your ID mobile plan) results in the error message ‘Subscription details are not found in CMP6 System.


Please help!
