CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING AT ALL ON MY ACCOUNT

I CANT REGISTER, LOGIN OR DO ANYTHING WITH MY NEW ACCOUNT.  THE ROBOT CHAT IS USELESS.  I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AS THE SYSTEM JUST ISN’T ACCEPTING ANY OF MY DETAILS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.

IM WITHING THE TIME TO CANCEL IF I DONT SOLVE THIS TODAY

Unfortunately, iD don’t have a telephone support helpline @Peter J Rodgers.

All help & support is online at iD Mobile. 
To avoid the 24/7 chat-bot, just type “talk to a person” to ‘speak’ to an agent. 
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues here with logging in or registering.

 

What error do you get when registering?

 

If you were in the process of porting, the system may not quite have caught up with which number your plan is tied to, we’d recommend trying again.
