I was referred and I am trying to claim the curry's vouchers fir both of us, but once on the Web page I cannot see the fields to enter my id name. Thanks.

What’s the subject line of the email you’re referencing in this case?
You would need to only go through the process for your own Refer a Friend journey, the person who referred you should do their own journey via their own device.
