Cannot pay for Phone - URGENT


Hello, I’ve tried countless times to buy the iPhone 15 pro with a contract. every time I go to pay the details do not match, I need this urgently and if it carries on I will have to go to someone else,

The bank card would need to be in your name and match the address you have entered on your iD Mobile account.

Do you get any prompts or security codes from your bank that require authroisation?

Hey @louisob06,

Sorry to hear of the issues you’re having trying to purchase online. 

This error is usually sent from your bank. It may be worth contacting them directly to see what is causing the error? As far as I’m aware, they usually just check your house number and postcode.
