I’m looking to upgrade my phone. But I can’t find a plan online that I could in the shop for the same phone. Is there a way to get the plan that I was able to select in the shop, online? Or would I have to go back to the shop?

Get in-touch on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
By not upgrading with an offer shown in your iD account online, or the iD app (while you’re signed-in), it maybe harder to keep your iD mobile number - perhaps keeping your mobile number doesn’t matter though.
