cant log in to change plan

I am struggling to log in with my email and password in order to change plan as it says it already exists and when I then go to forgot password the details I give aren’t recognised???

who can I contact?

I thought about going back into curry’s to sort it out as that’s where I set it up initially but I really don’t want to have to make a trip for that when it should be easy enough online.

very frustrated-please help!!!

It sounds like you don’t have a registered account.
