cant phone or text for 3 days straight

I am unable to call or text off both my phones. I have done live chat twice, reset my connection settings like I was advised. Changed the sim cards like I was told but they are still not working. Anybody have any idea?

Are you getting coverage on the phones and connection to the iD Mobile network?

Just to confirm is this a sudden issue or are they new/replacement SIM cards?
