I am trying to switch from EE to ID mobile and keep my number. I entered the PAC code, transaction number and ID mobile number that was provided when I signed up to the contract, but it says there is a problem with the details I entered. Please can you help?

Please can you confirm that the transaction number you are entering starts with a 4?
