This will be a notification you may have misread or it’s sent in error.
If you received a text advising you’re unable to make calls or have reached your cap, most likely you are calling a non-inclusive number.
This can be numbers like 084 and 087 which are not included in your plan hence the text.
If you recently changed from a capped plan to an unlimited plan e.g. 2GB plan changed to unlimited, then the text was sent because the original 2GB you had was used.
Your unlimited would automatically kick in so you can ignore the text in this case.
Log into the app/account to verify the plan you’re on.
