change contract plan within 14 day cooling off

I took out a pay monthly contract with phone 7 days ago.

 

The contract was £39 up front and 20.99 a month over 24 months including handset.

 

The same contract is now £19.99 a month with no up front.

 

As i am still within the 14 day cooling off can i request my tariff is changed to price match?

No, You will have to return everything under the cooling off period and place a whole new order which will require another credit check.

As @WelshPaul advised you’ll need to place a new order with a new credit check and return your order.

As it’s a new contract with different terms (different upfront cost and monthly price).
