Hi I have an ID sim contract with you and it runs out on the 20th September, I would like to cancel that and start a rolling sim contract. Please can you help?

It may be worth looking at changing your plan instead if you have passed your minimum term as that would also allow you to end your contract with 30 days notice like a 30 day rolling contract.
Alternatively you can check your upgrade offers via your account.
