Hello, I am a new customer to ID Mobile and have changed my Direct Debit date to the 1st of every month via the ID Mobile app. When I check my direct debit date on the app, it states 27th of every month, even though I changed it to 1st of every month.
Please can you confirm my direct debit will be taken on the 1st of each month, or contact me to discuss this further.
