Already an ID mobile user I just want to increase the data allowance.

1. Can I keep the original SIM?

2. ........the original  number?

3. My SIM is password/code protected. Will I have to reset it?

4. What is the procedure for an eSIM?

Thanks. I am not phone savvy and just want something simple.

Could Currys sort it out for me?

What contract are you currently on, and what’s the contract length please?

 

If you want to keep your number and SIM, you’d need to upgrade or plan change via logging into the iD Mobile account via the app or website.

 

The SIM password shouldn’t change.

 

If you want an eSIM, please contact us via live-chat to have one sent out, or choose eSIM at checkout when you upgrade:

Currys could assist with any upgrade queries for sure.

Thanks. Very helpful.

My contract is monthly and I presently have 15 GB.

I should like to change it to 40ish, but am always frightened of getting things wrong.

My son tells me to change to Smarty but I would rather stay with ID.

Hi @Topo 

 

Okay, it may be worth either using the iD Mobile app/website while logged in to look at upgrades or going to your local Currys store, however please note that upgrades to a SIM only plan may only be available after your contract on a device has expired.
