I change phone and sim when I order off Carphone warehouse I remember request a Pac number and giving to keep my old number but when I put the new sim in its a different number does it take a day or two to set up or do I need to do something else?

If you got a PAC from iD Mobile it can’t be used to switch number from one iD account to another iD account.

I believe I selected Monday but I not sure as I ordered it on the weekend so I selected the earliest but I'll check with advisers after work

If your port didn’t take place when attempting at point of sale, it may be worth trying the iD Mobile port form.
