Changing esim to sim

Hi all, is it possible to get a physical sim card with my esim number? my phone isn’t compatible  with esim and iD keep sending me codes to enter in app but I can’t get into it, bad morning today lol

Replacement SIM cards can be picked up from any Currys store, or if you wish to have one sent out please get in touch.

you live chat is chatbot, and I cannot find the questions chatbot provided. 

I ordered sim only 1 year contract yesterday, and got e-sim today. but unfortunately my phone cannot recognise, so I have to ask for physical SIM card.

Hi there ​@Annyia 

I can’t answer why the eSIM didn’t work as it should have done as long as it was downloaded onto the phone you wanted to use it on.

 

And to get a replacement physical SIM it would be quicker to go to any Currys store and ask for a replacement. Then once you have it you’d then need to activate it.

Hey there ​@Annyia, to get through to an agent on live-chat, please follow the below steps:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number

 

They can then sort you out a replacement SIM card.
