Hi, I am switching to ID mobile and bringing my number from my old provider. I have set the date to 3/11/23 by mistake can I change this date or will my contract be live from the date I get my sim and it’s just the number transfer that happens on 3/11/23?

Your SIM is activated upon dispatch which means that it should be working as soon as you get it.
If you would like the port date moving forward we can look at cancelling the port and reprocessing it to a different date.
