To ID you say my direct debit bounced then there was over 200 in my account the  your cancel.my dd and the  ask for double the payment can you please rectify this and refund the extra payment u had to.oay to keep my phone going please

I’m not quite sure what you mean here.

 

If a direct debit payment has failed you may need to make a manual payment via the app or payment line on 0333 003 0001.

 

Where have we asked for double payment? If the direct debit failed, we’d just need to payment that’s been owed.
