In August and September, I was charged substantially more than the £6 monthly charge for my plan. For some reason, I can’t access my account online, its just a load of error messages and showing nothing beyond 2017. It does report that I have zero allowances remaining, which is very strange as I never use the phone to make a call out, so there should at least be some talktime on there, I know the stock answer will be about the usage cap, but I can say with confidence this is not the issue her.
I’d be very grateful if someone from id support could get in touch, so we can try an sort this out.
