Charged Twice for Minutes Add On

I requested a 200 minute add on in the website for £3.  However I was charged twice and my 

account will be debited by £6.  

How can I get a refund or this error on the website ?

Alas @Dobby, iD Mobile only offer online help & support - there’s no telephone helpline. 

Whenever Live Chat doesn’t work it’s worth trying: 

  • Allowing popup windows in your web browser
  • Different web browsers
  • Using an incognito / private window in your web browser

Alternatively, reach-out for support through iD Mobile’s social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter), and send iD a private message.

Perhaps the fastest way to get a refund would be to contact iD customer care using their Live Chat service. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays, @Dobby.

 I have attempted several times to contact iD customer care using their Live Chat service but failed.

The live chat button never appears on the id mobile website. 

Is there a contact number for ID mobile ?
