can you confirm the 24 month plan you have for a galaxy s23 ultra, 39/mo includes the cost of the handset in 24 months as well?

I don't want to get to the end of 24 months and have a nasty surprise.

    I’m contacting you to say if you don’t want any nasty surprises cancel your contract within the first 30 days as this company is absolutely horrendous.

    I know as I was a customer for a few days then I wanted out and I went back to my previous provider and even then it took nearly 2 weeks to get my phone number back out of this company and I’ve been speaking to loads of people and they’re now coming back saying I see the hassle you’ve been through.

    So please take that as a warning.

    Hi @Richard Wand 

     

    No nasty surprises at the end of the contract, the price of the handset is considered in the price of the plan, once your 24 month plan’s contracted period ends it’ll continue as is, if you wish to reduce the cost, you’ll need to upgrade to a SIM only plan once the contracted period ends.
