As many of us can’t even use our phones for basic communication will there be some pro-rata compensation. I pay for a service you are unable to provide, therefore you have failed to live up to your contractual obligations, the same way I would fail to live up to mine if I failed to pay you. I’d no compensation is possible then I will be looking to switch networks as having a usable network is what I pay for and I need to make actual voice calls not via any apps
