Good afternoon. I need to get insurance for my mobile. The company are asking for proof of purchase. Is there a way you can send or email a copy of the date and the purchas please?

Did you receive this? Be aware that if you need to claim on this insurance they’ll ask for proof of cost, for the device only. ID don’t seem to be willing to provide this. Monthly price includes airtime which insurance rightly has no interest in.
