i do not utilise your sim only contract any longer as it’s lapsed from 12 months contract. Upon receiving a letter today stating I owe you outstanding amount, I have paid this forthcoming but don’t feel it’s due.. I want somebody to contact my directly to make sure this is cancelled and all correct, I don’t want drawn out downloads of apps - a simple conversation with someone from customer service to arrange this is what’s required.
Terrible customer relations and not equipped to deal with issues that require a conversation to sort out.
