Coverage in SN2

Hi, in the past week coverage for SN2 has been unusable. Used to have full 5G coverage and now it's 4G with lucky 1 bar and unusable for calls and internet. I can see a mast is being removed close by but would expect Three to have something in place before removing it. Tried to contact Three via Twitter but nothing back. Are you able to check further please?

Once you type your postcode in, it will confirm if there is ongoing work in the area.

If work is being carried out, it’s likely that is what is causing the issue.
