Credit Owed

Hi, 

I left iD Mobile on 28th April and my last bill states that I am owed £7.23 however have still not received it.  Can someone please advise how I can chase this up?

This should have been automatically refunded to you by Direct Debit if that was left open after you left?

We’ll send you a private message on here though now so that we can get that credit owed.
