Tried to ask operator if I could change my plan from 30gb for £8 to a Black Friday deal 100gb for £10 on the website and the customer service operator said I wasn’t eligible to upgrade my 1 month plan until May 2023

We can certainly look at plan changes for you and check the best plan for you.

You may be eligible for a plan change but may not be eligible for an upgrade depending on when you made your purchase.

I didn’t ask for an upgrade. I was asking about changing from 30gb for £8 to the Black Friday deal if 100gb for £10. Both sim only plans

 

i know I have only recently joined, but was asking if I could change to that plan on 17th December

Hi @Skezza 

 

If you’ve just joined us you’ll need to await 30 days from the contract beginning to be able to make a plan change, I’d recommend downloading the iD Mobile app and registering for an account for each of your plans so that you can look into plan change options when they are available.
