Currys reward voucher


Hello 

I referred a friend and she has received her £15 currys voucher but I haven't. It's been over 6 months now since she has been been a iD mobile customer. Why I haven't received my voucher?

Hi @Sergejus, if your friend has received her Currys voucher, you also should have received yours. 

It will likely be in your junk mail/spam folder. However, if it isn’t in there, let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a PM.

Thank you for your reply. 

If my voucher was in junk mail, then it is a bad news for me as my junk mail is automatically emptied after some time. 

Can I get the voucher reissued please?
