I pay for unlimited data I’m supposed to be getting a phone today but it saying I’ve got no data now even if I pay for unlimited why is this ID so poor as a network be moving soon as possible

Have you upgraded to unlimited data recently from a limited data plan?
Has your upgrade taken place?
Were you given a new iD Mobile number with the upgrade?
