My plan is for 20gb a month after increasing my data on my plan, however on my phone it shows 2gb as the limit

The data you see on your iD Mobile account would be the correct amount of data allowance.
You can change the data usage amount via your settings.
In order to monitor remaining allowances we would advise that you use the iD Mobile app.
