Roaming in Tenerife will come under Spain, which is one of our inclusive EU roaming destinations. Minutes and texts remain unlimited, however, there may be a 30GB cap in accordance with our fair usage policy. More information on this can be found via the link below.

Is this still the case that Canary Islands (Tenerife) is considered part of Spain. Just been told by a online messenger assistant that we will be charged for roaming in Tenerife even though it is stipulated on their webpage as included.
When I was I Tenerife (May/June time) I used loads of data there and wasn't charged any additional charges for been abroad. No issues and really fast connection speed too!

You won’t be charged whilst roaming in Spain.

i have been told by agentTenerife is not included in roaming as it is an island but it says online it is .
