Data not working

I have two lines for my kids.

Kid A:  data working fine

Kid B. data doesn’t work even when sim card put in another phone including the original phone belonging to Kid A in which his data worked

Any idea what the problem could be. This has been going for months since I got the sim card. data gets fully rolled because it’s never used

Have you tested Kid A’s SIM in Kid B’s phone?

It sounds like a faulty SIM and we can get a new one sent out if required or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.

Have you tested Kid A’s SIM in Kid B’s phone?

It sounds like a faulty SIM and we can get a new one sent out if required or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
