data not working on 4 payg sims!

Hi, I bought 4 unlimited payg sims for 4 family iPhones and the data on all of them is not working, I’ve tried resetting network settings on the phones but not worked. I assume they are all disabled!  Been like this for a month but family assumed it was intermittent but after testing all they all fault to work when Wi-Fi disabled
