I have paid for data but it does not work, can I have acrefund please?

What network are you connected to?

 

Have you tried resetting network settings?

 

Did you purchase the add-on before going, or whilst you were there?

Yes, I've done everything that I could see recommend and still no data. I suspect I'll incur call charges now too! Very frustrating having to mess about wherever I can get free WiFi, chatbot is utterly pointless.

I've just moved from Vodafone so not used to this lack of support and nobody to speak to, still in my 28 day cooling off period and seriously considering ending this contract.

 

Bought the week long india package the day before travelling, app says it was active immediately.

I’m also struggling to see if my India package is working or not.  Paid for and activated before I left.  Where will I see it on my iPhone?

Thank you Nat, it seems to have clicked in.  I will be staying in India past the end fo the 10 days, I assume I can just buy further days as necessary from here in India.
