Data usage on WiFi at home

Why, after only 3 days with iD has my data run out and I am now being charged? Even though the phone is connected to WiFi at home, and has never left the house. I need to be able to speak to someone but it is impossible to find a phone number.

Try disabling the mobile data to be sure

Hey @Alan49,

As @Salfordian has advised, you'll need to ensure that your mobile data is switched off within the settings of your phone to ensure this is not used. Have you also made sure that your new phone is connected to your WiFi network? It will not connect automatically and you'll need to do this manually with the settings of your phone.
