didnt recive free case

Hi, I just got my new phone and it said that I should also receive a new case when I ordered the phone and I haven't received a case and was just wondering why that is?

Did you choose one of the eligible tariffs, @Sophie Walker? 

Confusingly, not all tariffs would have included the clear case with the iPhone 15.

    Please could you let us know which tariff it was you purchased? How much data does it have and how much per month is it?
